Отличие российской ваты от американской демваты вовсе не так велико, как могло бы показаться человеку наивному. Вот например Губернатор Инсли исполняет арию "ихтамнет":
A reporter asked Inslee about the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone during the governor’s press conference on Wednesday, noting that the antifa militants had shut down part of the city and were “not allowing people to come and go freely.” He did not mention the fact that antifa had commandeered the Seattle Police East Precinct.
“That’s news to me. So, I’ll have to reserve any comment about it. I have not — I have not heard anything about that… from any credible source,” Inslee said, with a chuckle. “Not that you’re not credible, it’s just before I espouse and opinion I should know of which I speak.” He laughed again after giving this response.
Т.е. понятно, что губернатор с весёлым ржанием лжёт в глаза журналистам - и тем самым, также своим избирателям. И при этом чувствует себя в совершенной безопасности и уверенности. Лохи проголосуют за него всё равно, чего волноваться? Жителям Сиэтла и штата, по-видимому, это вполне нравится.
Далее он обьясняет, как он намерен обеспечивать безопасность жителей штата:
I’m sure that people will find a way to have public safety everywhere in the state, I’m confident of that.
Защиты от погромов нет, но вы держитесь. Хорошего настроения вам, здоровья.
По крайней мере в России для ватников ещё не ввели массовые коленопреклонения. Тут, как всегда, американский дух инновации впереди.

Франция, Израиль, Мексика - это если взять последнюю неделю.
Smoking may offer some protection against the coronavirus, an Israeli study has found. The results support recent similar findings by researchers in France, China and Italy, although a British study has found the opposite.
Their results, presented in a non-peer reviewed paper published in medRxiv on Friday, found that "the risk of infection by COVID-19 appears to be reduced by half among current smokers."
