1. California bought this hotel for $8 million in 2020 and now wants $20 million to fix it. That is $625,000 per homeless person. 6 years later and NOTHING to show.
I disagree. $28 million is not nothing, They don't have anything for you, or the homeless, but that's the whole point, it's why they are doing it.

2. A new report estimates there are more low-income enrollees in the Obamacare exchanges than there is eligible people in 28 states. Florida is the worst, with over 3M enrollees from an eligible population of 636,000.
Massive amount of fraud all around.

I don't get this "settled" shit. Miscoding is fraud. Fraud is a crime. There should be convictions and jail time, not slap on the wrist and "don't do this again for a short while".

5. Minnesota officials were afraid of being called 'racist' so they ignored Somali fraud warnings for years: House Oversight

8. Nate Silver: The fact that California elections often can't be resolved for weeks is kind of insane and not common in other electoral systems around the world. Like honestly "it's going to take us several weeks to tell you who won the election" is failed state shit and should be much more stigmatized.

9. 873,000 'ghost' voters revealed in California as Trump slams attempted Dem 'steal' of elections—officials say count will take 37 more days

10. New U.S. college grads now have higher unemployment than the average worker

How hard would it be to find who is doing it?

16. Cosecha New Jersey just announced they will not be mobilizing to Delaney Hall tonight. They’re “talking to strikers and their families to regroup.”
Did you notice how controlled and managed are those "spontaneous protests"? It's an organized domestic terrorist network, and they aren't even hiding.

19. One of the police officers involved in the arrest of Henry Nowak has resigned, according to Hampshire Police.
At least one person in Britain still could ask: "Are we the baddies?" But others seem to carry on bravely.

20. Police guidance that led to Henry Nowak's arrest while bleeding to death was sparked by George Floyd

27. 'This is about race': Black mother will 'stand by' Karmelo Anthony even if he's proven to not have acted in self-defense
Nothing much changed since OJ - there are a lot of people who are completely fine with a black person murdering a white person. In fact, they love it.

28. Racist black Karmelo Anthony supporter yells, "the only good cracker is a dead cracker," right in front of the police
He doesn't have anything to fear - not the police, not the society, not anybody. In fact, millions support him, some silently, some loudly. Is this the "systemic racism" I've been told about?

29. Austin Metcalf's killer raised $700k so far in donations from people showing support for murdering a white kid

30. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz faces significant pushback from Black Democrats after she decided to run in a newly redrawn district in South Florida that has a plurality of Black voters and a crowded primary field.

37. Truly hilarious mask off moment for Spain’s communist government. Mass import Africans and Muslims and then grant them citizenship at the same time you put out tweets declaring that none of this applies to Ukrainians.

Технология

44. On July 13, 2026 Microsoft is intentionally bricking Microsoft Office 2019 for Mac. It's important to note that this is not "Subscription-based Software". This is purchased software. Mac users bought a "permanent" license for Microsoft Office 2019 (for a one-time price of $149.99), with the understanding that they then can use that software forever. But, in a little over a month, Microsoft will be putting that purchased software into "reduced functionality mode"... prohibiting all users from creating new documents or editing existing ones.
Never trust Microsoft.

История

47. Michigan gained 4 seats in Congress from the 1930 census. John Dingell Sr. successfully ran for one of those new seats in 1932. He was born in 1894. He was re-elected 11 times and held the seat for 22 years when he died in office in 1955. John Dingell Jr. was 29 years old and 3 years out of law school. His father died on Sept. 19, and a Special Election was held on Dec. 13 -- 85 days later. John Dingell Jr. won the election, and then served 30 terms spanning 59 years, from 1955 to 2014. He announced he would not seek re-election in 2014 - he died in 2015 at age 92. His wife Debbie ran to replace him in the 2014 election and won. She has since been reelected 5 times. So three people -- and only 3 people -- all named "Dingell," have represented one of Michigan's "new" Congressional Districts for 94 years.

https://vote.santaclaracounty.gov/register-vote/i-have-special-circumstance/i-do-not-have-fixed-address

I Do Not Have a Fixed Address
Voters Without a Fixed Address
Each person who registers to vote must provide an address where they live and an address where they receive their mail, if different. Why? Because the address where you live determines which contests that you are eligible to vote, and the Registrar of Voters needs a mailing address or P.O. Box to send your voting materials.

No current fixed address? No problem! You CAN register to vote!

Under California law, you do not lose your voting domicile (another term for voting residence) until you gain a new domicile. Whether you are homeless, living on the road, or if you lost your home for any reason and do not yet have a new fixed place where you intend to stay, you may use the last residence address you had as your voting residence. It will be important to update your voter registration each time your information changes.

On your Voter Registration Card, provide the last street location where you resided, or if none, simply describe where you live by providing the city, zip code, and closest intersecting cross-streets. You may select a location based on where you intend to remain each night, and if you leave for a while, this would be the location you intend to return. This may be a public camp or park, or simply the cross section of streets where you intend to rest each night.

Next, you must provide a current mailing address where you can receive your voting materials, such as a P.O. Box. The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers general delivery mail services to customers with no fixed address and no identification.

Did you know… Starting January 1, 2020, California law now allows you to use a business address as your residence, if that place of business is also where you now reside.

Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 07:31 pm (UTC)

Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 07:59 pm (UTC)
Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 08:12 pm (UTC)

Edited 2026-06-09 08:12 pm (UTC)
Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 08:59 pm (UTC)
Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 09:14 pm (UTC)

>4. I don't get this "settled" shit. Miscoding is fraud. Fraud is a crime. There should be convictions and jail time

Там сказано: "The United States and Ohio allege that they have certain civil claims against CCF..."

36. This study explores the potential economic savings from expanding medical assistance in dying (MAiD) in Canada, where it is currently a leading cause of death, to include vulnerable groups that cost the government more than they contribute in taxes. These groups include individuals with severe mental health issues, the homeless, drug users, retired elderly, and indigenous communities.
