Well, I guess we're done here. There's no return, nothing can be done, our ecology and way of life is doomed.

drastic enough for that crowd to pat themselves on the back. And drastic enough for architects & engineers in NY to be close to suicide, trying to satisfy mayor's requirements for energy & construction
