мало того, что онлайн; всякий, кто на работе должен общаться с клиентами/vendors/GC, etc сталкивается с этим кажен день. вчера: послала email "I confirmed with installer that only 2 shelves will be new @ the upcoming order; the rest of the product is existing and just needs to be relocated and reinstalled in the new offices". получаю ответ: "I am not paying for ALL NEW FURNITURE and delivery! We have tons of existing stuff we can reuse!"
