Я полагаю, всё-таки, что не "всегда готово было", а — была готовность в головах, что-то подобное учинить. И тут подвернулся случай... а реакция публики оказалась самая благопритная — и понеслось!..

Есть мнение, что народ всё-таки взорвётся в рез-те продолжения этой дурной бесконечности. Ну то есть, те, кто дрессировке не поддастся. Многие не поддаются, кстати. Перетерпеть, то-сё, — это ладно. А вот пожизненно исполнять эти "эпидемические" ритуалы, да ещё и при отсутствии, собственно, эпидемии — извините...
