Именно так, или скорее - так так всё зарегулировано, что даже если кто-то захочет, ему тупо не дадут. Завод же, который производит 40% питания, остановили, потому что было два (2! на всю Америку!) случая смерти от бактериального заражения. И на заводе нашли бактерии похожего вида. Потом, правда, выяснилось, что похожие - да не те, и к этим случаям завод никакого отношения не имеет. Но завод стоит закрытый, и открывать его не собираются - пусть сначала докажут, что это безопасно!
И вот теперь скажите мне, почему капитализм не работает. Почему капиталисты гораздо больше любят покупать сенаторов, чем конкурировать. Да потому что вот такой капитализм, что это в 100 раз выгоднее.
