Остаётся только добавить, что в 1977 году открывавшийся в Херсоне художественный музей получил в наследство от Корниловской 500 картин, 400 старинных рам, несколько сотен иных ценных экспонатов, а также уникальный книжный фонд.

причем если почитать про музей (а публикаций хватает) - он разваливался причем в буквальном смысле, денег не выделяли совсем, экспозицииы были закрыты, экспонаты складированы кое как зарплаты были какие то странные. Стены рушились. Власти отжимали территорию под свои надобности. попытки судов заканчивались ничем. Все уходило в помойку и разрушение - и это годами. Ну а музейщики как то трепыхались.
Как начались военные действия - бывшая директор музея смоталась. А та тетка которую винят, была директором мариупольского музея и спасала экспозиции до последнего (причем еще и от дерусификаций)
и никуда не убегала - как то перетащила наиболее ценное в подвал. И там оно так и лежало. Понятно в каком замечательном виде - при этом "оккупанты вывозили картины обматывая тряпками вместо специальной упаковки" - о ужас. Надо полагать специальную упаковку в подвале снимали.
то есть понятно что все катилось и тетка которая на это положила жизнь, решила хоть как спасти и похер ей те власти. Несколько иначе выглядит, если разобраться.

Правда есть момент что основная ценная часть это мародерка из блокадного питера - но как то порешают.
С проклятым палачом рашистом суворовым и рашистом потемкиным неясно - но все равно можно стребовать и публично раздолбать. В общем то советского времени новодел, не трудно и воспроизвести если кому надо.

Не разобрались же, хотя могли и время было. Значит они им пофиг и не нужны и не дееспособны и потребности нет. И дальше край. Город то под штурмом не сегодня завтра.
И картины - они для людей. жалко если пропадут, оно же в общем людское достояние а не просто собственность. Украинцам они тоже достались не турдом а просто по наследству от ссср.
В принципе пофигу ли кто ими владеет - главное чтоб люди смотреть могли.

Безусловно. Они не могут регулировать процент профессуры с соответствующими взглядами, если нет доказательств прямого мухлежа при приеме. Но вполне себе могут навести порядок с другими вещами
