Че-то я не припоминаю - когда это народ России "stood up" и "decided" мирно закончить Холодную Войну? Я помню два случая в новейшей истории, которые можно в российском контексте описать как "people of Russia /.../ stood up" - август 1991 и сентябрь-октябрь 1993. В обоих случаях ничего связанного с холодной войной на повестке дня не стояло. Что же имел в виду Телепромптер?
