Сколько я потратила сил, чтобы заставить их закрыть escrow на property taxes. Только когда они прозевали deadline чтобы заплатить квартальные в городскую казну (а я им перевела денюшки за 3 месяца до того), и мне начислили штраф, я их таки добила. Плавные они там, почти как дамы в DMV.
