В Висконсине, как мы помним, пару лет назад отменили принудительное членство в профсоюзах, среди прочего. Но, разумеется, те, кто считал, что профсоюзы - это такая классная идея, которая поможет трудящимся защищать их права, они всё равно останутся в профсоюзе, правда? И если это действительно хорошая идея, таких людей будет много?

Но если серьезно, то мне тут подумалось, что если членство в партии то было бенефитом (определяющим карьеру и всякие плюшки), то в профсоюзы в СССР загоняли именно силком, так, что хрен отмажешься (хотя кое-какие плюшки профсоюзы тоже определяли).
