Я о том, что выращивание определенных пород собак, увы, требует какой-то регуляции, потому что если мальтеза не дрессировать и не воспитывать, то максимальный ущерб от него - излишнее тявканье, а крупная псина поопаснее пистолета будет. И нужно без стыдливости разбирать, где эта опасность существеннее, в случае сенбернара или в случае роттвейлера. А сравнивать с человеческими расами - это несерьезно, породы собак - продукт искусственной селекции в т.ч. по силе укуса или по темпераменту.
