Они их постоянно нарушают. Если бы нашлись судьи, которые бы их выебали, мало бы не показалось.
Кроме того, есть еще кое что интересное. Barnes из видеоблога viva frei говорит, что их можно привлекать за нарушение 1й поправки. Причем за частным статусом компании они не отсидятся, т.к. де факто являются представителями правительства, благодаря своему монопольному статусу и сговору с правительством.
Он приводил примеры того, что это была обычная практика во времена сегрегации, когда правительство, типа, само не нарушало, а подталкивало к этому частные фирмы.
