Нужно поменять статус мужских турниров на открытый. Это и сейчас существует в определенных ситуациях. Есть же миксты. Кроме устава МОК нет других причин, по которой соревнования по стрельбе, например, вообще должны быть раздельными.
А раздевалка - самая маленькая проблема.
