Если коротко, то моё мнение, как industry insider:
1. Проблемы у Silicon Valley Bank начались давно, больше года назад
2. Ротация CRO в головной структуре вызвана пониманием этих проблем и нежеланием брать на себя ответственность
3. Судя по времени возникновения, я сильно сомневаюсь, что они связаны с процентными ставками. Думаю, там было что-то еще, что нужно было в последний момент перекрывать продажей капитала, и что не смогли перефинансировать
4. Попытки переложить ответственность на Woke CRO из Европы выглядят очень подозрительно
5. Я не понимаю, как президент банка мог сидеть в FED, это сполшой конфликт интересов
