Я и есть тоi жидNo, srsly, оч. много consolidation projects- из 2х занимаемых этажей делаем 1, отдаём лендлорду обратно 60% real estate, &&&. Да, и SSA открывают довольно много новых field office (т.е. не внутренние офисы, а там где посещает публика), по крайней мере у меня в Region 2.Федеральные здания (опять же, у меня в регионе) заполнены агентствами практически на 90%.
Вот буквально сию минуту работаю над Master Allocation Plan в апстейт: несколько агентств уменьшают их floorprint на 60-75%.
