Те, кто тикают заблаговременно, делают это неспешно и выгодно с комфортным временем для всех телодвижений и перемещаются на мягких местах взяв с собой всё нужное и продав всё ненужное. Кто плетётся позади всех, те уже идут с пустыми руками, налегке, оставив за своей спиной всё нажитое и начинают на новом месте с чистого листа. Впрочем, история показывает, что большевики после захвата власти в 17м и победы в гражданской войне в 20м начали коллективизацию только в 28м. Хотя всех бывших в городах выселили или уплотнили фактически сразу же. У нью-йоркцев, мой прогноз, есть ещё время до ноябрьских выборов Хокул, которая возможно не будет заинтересована сильно сердить избирателей, и, даже если в этом ноябре Конгрес отойдёт демократам, до января 2029 при Трампе демам будет трудно вовсю разгуляться. Поэтому, ещё год-два, а то и три, у ньюйоркцев будут ещё возможности достаточно своевременно почувствовать в ногах пружины и сделать эти ноги, например, во Флориду. Из советской России люди (бывшие непманы и пр) могли легально и в охотку валить в США вплоть до 1925, пока кремлёвские не опустили железный занавес.
