Я, разумеется, не говорю, что Президент США обязан знать гимн и законы своей страны. В общем, конечно, совершенно необязательно. Но как к выдающемуся интеллектуалу современности, блестящему оратору и великому лидеру, к Обаме, наверно, можно применить немного более высокие критерии? Или нет?

 А я правильно понимаю, что жители США должны (под угрозой тюрьмы и всяческих других кар) ежегодно отчитываться правительству о всех иностранных ассетах, если их совокупная стоимость больше 10 тысяч долларов?
