Обама предлагает бюджет на 2012 год размером 3.8 триллионов. Из них полтора - дефицит. 
Однако Обама, осознав важность момента, собрал волю в кулак и принял тяжёлое, но мудрое решение об урезании расходов. И урезал на общую сумму в 775 миллионов, или 0.05% от дефицита. Представляю, как ему, бедному, было тяжело.
