Тут есть один интересный аспект - те, кто убиваются насчёт мужчин, не желающих менторить женщин, очень часто считают, что первые это должны вторым - имплицитно. Т.е. если бы мужчины не были трусливыми сексистами, то они по норме должны были бы забесплатно менторить тех, кто в этом нуждается, в том обьёме, в котором они нуждаются. Потому что им надо. Это такой подход - “почему вы грабите банки? да потому что там лежат деньги!”. Мне всё-таки кажется, что подход “по норме никто никому ничего не должен, отношения надо заслужить” - он всё-таки во все стороны работает. Конечно, под заслужить я не имею в виду вайнштейновскую модель (хотя для кого-то она самая простая будет, и кстати, будем откровенны, не исключительно для мужского контингента) - я думаю, кроме модели Вайнштейна и модели “мальчики налево, девочки направо” - можно всё-таки придумать множество других моделей добровольной кооперации. Однако по-хорошему все эти модели всё-таки должны опираться на основополагающий принцип “никто никому ничего не должен”.
