Economist Blames Aid for Africa Famine - но кто слушает экономистов?

Впрочем, часто обсуждаемое "Африка живет от экномномической помощи Запада" преувеливает. Африка таки живет (пусть и убого) опираясь в основном на свои собственные ресурсы. Тут скорее ситуация "экономическая и гуманитарная помощь Запада приносят однозначный вред".
