Is it really an issue for you? Programs pop up and steal your focus?

Yep, it happens. Like I start typing something and then some program pops up and I end up losing the end of it. Or sometimes it's even worse - some program pops up a dialog, and since I was typing something and pressed enter before I understood what happened dialog closes and I even don't know what I just agreed to. Both things are very annoying. Apparently, not only to me:

BTW - on Linux it can happen too, and is equally annoying, I'm not sure what's the setting there to prevent it - I guess it depends on window manager running.

В пятой Федоре это включено, по крайней мере в Gnome. По-моему, в шестой это опять выключили. В том, что аппликация появляется на секунду и исчезает тоже есть свои проблемы, хотя кража фокуса мне тоже мешает.
