Т.е. как и предполагалось, после того, как угроза выборов миновала, Обама разворачивается вовсю. Если внутри страны республиканцы в Конгрессе его хоть как-то могут нейтрализовать, то во внешней политике "мудрой дипломатии" нет альтернативы.
