Ничо, я вот недавно спам видел - "коттеджный посёлок бизнес-класса "Русская Деревня"." У них всё так. Будет и ордена Путина ЗАО им. Путина.

ЗАО выкинут в какой-то момент. Когда А у всех будет один.

Зачем же? Призрак собственности очень полезен. Будешь хорошо себя вести - войдёшь в ряды категории А, будешь плохо - пришлют доктора и из категории А выкинут. Хороший же инструмент контроля. В Майами, конечно, теперь могут не пустить, но в какой-нибудь Дубай всегда пустят. Пока есть нефть и газ, есть бабло, а раз есть бабло - его можно распределять и с помощью его управлять. Тут-то ЗАО и нужно.

Мне кажется, что всё-таки вряд-ли. Что-нибудь немецко-китайское гораздо вероятнее, под пристальным контролем партии. Хотя, what do I know.
