При этом его засняли, как он встаёт из своей коляски, самостоятельно засовывает её в свой SUV, и самостоятельно же садится в машину, а также как он разгуливает по своему дому без всякой помощи.
При этом одна из его жертв - владелица бизнеса с ДЦП, которая в отличие от Мура, не может встать с коляски. Её преступление - на знаке “disabled only parking” отсутствовала надпись “minimal fine $250”. Средняя сумма, которую Мур стрясает с владельцев бизнесов за подобные преступления - 9-10 тысяч долларов.

Собственно, весь длинный спор возник только из-за непонимания термина "хочу". Он считает, что его желание - закон для остальных, ты считаешь, что твоё желание - просьба. Если бы вы сразу договорились о терминах, всего этого жгучего треда просто не было бы )
Его случай не лечится, это уже навсегда.
