Полагаю, Вы не имели это в виду, но это выглядит, как передёргивание. Ваш комментарий можно прочитать, как "его осудили за сожжение флага БЛМ, в отличие от бездействия по отношению к сжигателям американского флага." Это не так: его арестовали за сожжение чужого флага, в то время как протестующие сжиганием американского жгут свои. И приговор не за это.
Далее, ему впаяли совершенно несоразмерный срок, но не за личное участие в событиях 6-го января, а за оганизацию, воодушевление, и координацию таковых (заговор, conspiracy). Для этого личное присутствие не требуется. Для этого прокуратура и судья снизили планку доказательств в этих обвинениях практически до нуля. Таким же образом можно легко нас всех обвинить в организации заговора.

Поэтому в данном случае принципиально, чтобы полиция игнорировала этот приказ и население тоже. Если это будет массово, мудачка ничего не сможет сделать

Серьезно? :) А вот если бы БЛМ сожгла американский флаг, спижженый у кого то, им бы впаяли уголовное дело? :) Вот в ДС недавно завели дело против каких то пролайферов, изгадивших асфальт перед абортной клиникой надписью, сделаной смываемым мелом. А какие там дела завели на БЛМовцев, которые краской свои лозунги писали на проезжей части?

Они не за это голосовали. А за то, чтобы это все говно оседало на головы техасцев. И вообще за все хорошее, против всего плохого. А так они не договаривались!
