Если в пачке, скажем, из 50 бюллетеней один не прочитался, то пачку снимают с машины, сбрасывают счёт, и прогоняют всю пачку заново. Вместо этого счетчики в Детройте прогоняли пачку заново, ничего не сбрасывая.
Carone also swore she witnessed workers who received ballots that they couldn’t read or that had something spilled on them would get blank ballots and fill them out and, at times, change the vote and forge signatures.

Т.е. 570К - это все почтовые голоса Филадельфии за Байдена (вообще все), плюс ещё 100К каких-то других. Но тогда там должно быть как минимум 33K Трамповских. А их всего 3200. Чудо! Ну т.е. можно предположить, что в Филадельфии голосовало по почте резко больше среднего (хотя как раз в городе-то дойти пешочком легче лёгкого), но только среди демократов. А среди республиканцев - в 10 раз меньше среднего. И кому что докажешь?
