Зато проституция в Германии легальна ! И эротические фото в прессе вроде тоже.
Магазин одежды там устроил рекламную акцию "у нас можно одеться с ног до головы": кто придет к открытию совсем голым может набрать себе одежды на халяву. Пришло много народу обеих полов, фото было в статье.
Еще помню как в предвыборную кампанию после того как соц.демы были в коалиции с христ.демами некая молодая депутатша от соц.демов опубликовала плакат с фото себя в насколько возможно открытом топе рыдом с фото Меркель и подписью "we can deliver".
Но вроде не улыбались :-)

Mогу пояснить:
Oн taught не "English", а "разговорный English", т.е. японцам, которых уже научили английскому японские учителя, давал разговорную практику с native speaker.
Знать японский, ни fluently ни вообще никак для этого не надо.
А "undergraduate degree in some subject" была нужна, потому что это условие для получения рабочей визы для данной работы в Японии.
Вообще интересная статья, и, видимо, разумные мысли.
У меня возник вопрос: почему в США не появляется мед.вузов которые бы не требовали 4-летнюю степень для поступления, а учили бы как ирландские 5 лет с нуля ? Какие-то регуляции мешают ?

Плюс, американская система, сама по себе, - очень не плоха. В медицину приходят люди, сделавшие степени по биологии, химии, физике и т.д.. А так образование врача получается излишне узконаправленным.
Главная проблема, ИМХО, не в длительности обучения (ну, лишние 1-2 года), а в очень высокой стоимости.

Ведь даже врачи из СССР/России могут в США сдать экзамены на мед.лицензию (хоть это очень тяжело) и тогда могут работать.
лишние 3 года колледжа, за каждый нужно платить за колледж + на 3 года позже и на 3 года меньше врач будет работать врачом получая высокий доход. В сумме немалые потери, которые компенсируются ростом зарплаты врачей и оплачиваются клиентами и налогоплательщиками. Стоит ли ?
