В Японии наоборот, только что запретили бесплатные plastic bags в магазинах (теперь их продают за 2 или 5 йен, т.е. US-центов). Это потому что на G20 в 2019 Япония взяла соц.обязательство "возглавить борьбу с пластиком" и вот теперь поработав бюрократическая машина выдала результат, a разворачивающаяся эпидемия и перенос вирусов с reusable bags ей не помеха.
