Если они просто положат свои деньги в банковский фонд, скажем, с доходностью 5% в год - это уже 50 миллионов в год минимум. На такие деньги вполне можно продолжать поддерживать браузер и ещё пару-тройку проектов неограниченно долго. Если, конечно, немного сократить расходы - например, CEO Мозиллы получает 5.5 миллиона в год. Ну и, разумеется, самое болезненное - обильную раздачу денег гугля различным левым НГО на борьбу с белым супрематизмом и гетеропатриархией тоже придётся прекратить или по крайней мере урезать. 

Поэтому мне кажется, что если действительно краник прикрутят, то ничего подобного вышеописанному разумному и соответствующему изначальной цели организации решению сделано не будет. Вместо этого начальство продолжит заниматься херней, получая миллионы, нормальные работники разбегутся, а буденовцы высосут конторку до последнего (по ходу дела клянча деньги у лохов) и потом продадут её кому-то типа Микрософта или Оракла, который клятвенно пообещает всё поддерживать в лучшем виде и потихонечку уморит проект. А может даже и не уморит, так и будет поддерживать силами трех китайцев и двух индусов, с долей рынка, незаметной без микроскопа.

Замечаете что-то интересное, да? Верхний график не гладкий, а с небольшими выбоинками. Это потому, что при распределённых технологиях и повсеместном кэшировании, необходимом в масштабах ютуба, иногда вам может показываться старый, или немного отставший, счётчик, но потом всё сходится, и тенденция видна явно.

Что? Нижний график? Откуда постоянные скачки на тыщу вниз? А, ну это просто особенности географии и предпочтений юзеров, ничего странного тут нет, и за предположение, что существуют подкрутки голосов, вас немедленно забанят и обьявят домашним террористом, так что не будем об этом.

По моим подсчётам, без открутки назад там должно быть где-то в районе 50К дислайков. Если скорость сохраняется постоянной, скорее всего больше, т.к. в начале скорость выше.
