3. Это ещё не всё. Абсолютно любое правонарушение, установленное парламентом, если суд установит, что оно сделано "на почве ненависти", также автоматически получает апгрейд и может наказываться до пожизненного заключения. Т.е. если вы, скажем, проходите мимо демонстрации с лозунгами "смерть евреям!" и "уничтожить Израиль!" - и в сердцах плюнете - это правонарушение, загрязнение общественной собственности. Обычно вы бы отделались предупреждением или в худшем случае - штрафом. Но поскольку оно на почве ненависти - сидеть вам не пересидеть.

4. Мало? Пожалуйте дальше. На самом деле, вам ничего и делать-то не надо - любой человек может подать заявление в суд, что вы собираетесь в будущем совершать преступления на почве ненависти - и если судья сочтёт, по своему собственному разумению, что это "вероятно" - никаких доказательств не надо, да и какие могут быть доказательства у несовершившегося ещё деяния? - то он может посадить вас в тюрьму до года, просто за это. Конечно, сразу после выхода то же самое можно проделать ещё раз. Если судья окажется милостивым (ну или мест в тюрьме нет) - есть более мягкие меры, например - домашний арест.

5. Хотите ещё больше? Можно. Всё это применимо также к высказываниям, сделанным до момента принятия закона, если только вы немедленно не удалите их из публичного доступа. Публикация высказывания считается "продолжающимся преступлением" и поэтому правило о том, что закон обратной силы не имеет, к ней не применяется.

6. Если вы почему-то такой безбашенный смельчак, что ничего этого не боитесь - не беспокойтесь, вы всё равно не сможете распространять ненависть в Канаде, т.к. любая интернет-площадка обязана удалять высказывания, которые сочтены "вредными", в течение 24 часов - или подвергнуться риску штрафа в 6% глобальной выручки за каждое неубранное высказывание. Поскольку ни один пост ни на одном сайте не стоит для провайдера риска гигантского штрафа - удаляться будет всё и мгновенно. Ну то есть как всё - всё, что может потенциально прийтись не по нраву канадским комиссарам. Что это за высказывания, я думаю, даже младшему школьнику ясно.

Разумеется, всё это делается исключительно и только для защиты детей. "Я приглашаю вас сейчас же сделать свои взносы и помочь детям, только детям и никому другому.", как по писаному. Кто подумает, что цель иная - советую тщательно задуматься, нет ли в его словах мотива ненависти? Канадская тюрьма, конечно, не российская, но провести там остаток дней тоже приятного мало.

Законы эти ещё не приняты, но никаких барьеров для их принятия Трюдом и его соратниками нет, так что вскоре рашистские регуляторы будут горько плакать от зависти к Канаде. Даже им не пришло в голову, что можно сажать людей за преступления, которые они могли бы совершить.
