Я почитал и послушал немного об этом самом минеральном соглашении, и что-то совсем перестал что-то понимать в этой жизни.

Вот из Википедии (ну да, рувики говно, но в английской то же самое написано, только более многословно): 

В соответствии с последней версией договора от 24 февраля 2025 года, будет создан фонд, в который украинская сторона будет вносить 50 % доходов от продажи государственных полезных ископаемых (в том числе нефти и газа) в фонд, который будет вкладывать средства в проекты внутри Украины.
Под действие сделки не подпадают те ископаемые, которые уже приносят доход Украине сейчас.  Фонд будет управляться совместно (как именно, деталей не нашёл) и ни одна из сторон не может продать или как-либо передать свою долю кому-либо без согласия другой стороны. 

Далее, доходы от этого фонда направляются на the safety, security and prosperity of Ukraine.

The fund will aim to invest in Ukrainian projects and attract investment in public and private assets including natural resources, infrastructure, ports and state-owned enterprises.

Полного текста мне найти не удалось, но большинство источников сходятся, что это, в общем-то всё. Теперь обьясните мне, в каком месте этого договора сказано, что США может получить с этого хоть ломаный цент денег, в американский бюджет? 500 миллиардов, 100 миллиардов, один миллиард, 3.5 бакса и окурок от сигареты - хоть что-нибудь? Хоть в каком-то месте? Все абсолютно сходятся на том, что все инвестиции этого фонда и все доходы от него пойдут только на проекты в Украине.

Да, конечно, можно сказать - в Украине-то оно в Украине, но если фонд контролируют американцы, то они всё скупят в Украине и будут рулить через фонд. На это я хотел бы сказать a) you would wish so, б) в Украине есть, наверное, и другие источники инвестиционных денег? и в) если бы американцам так горело скупать Украину, что помешало бы им делать это прямо сейчас, без посредства всяческих фондов? Просто за обычное человеческое бабло, которого у американцев чуть побольше, чем у украинцев? А главное, учитывая положение украинцев сейчас, почему этому надо так отчаянно сопротивляться? Ну, допустим, какая-нибудь американская компания вложится в добычу там, не знаю, титана в Украине. И при этом все доходы от этого, навсегда, останутся в Украине и украинское правительство сможет направлять по меньшей мере часть их на нужды безопасности. Обьясните мне, где тут ужас? Нет, конечно, это худшая сделка, чем "неограниченное количество бабла, бесплатно, когда захотите" - но ужас-то где?

В общем, надо признаться, я не совсем понимаю, чего хотел Трамп достигнуть этим соглашением. У него, очевидно, были какие-то далеко идущие задумки, но само по себе оно ни туда и ни сюда. Но уж вот чего я совершенно совсем никак не понимаю, так это зачем Зеленскому надо было эту сделку срывать. Даже если сама по себе эта сделка содержала абсолютный ноль гарантий безопасности - как минимум, для получение хотя бы косвенных выгод, нужны многолетние вложение в Украине. И это вложение не стоит Украине ни ломаного цента. Добыча полезных ископаемых - которые надо сначала, как минимум, найти - это не делается за 15 минут. И даже после этого, те средства, которые выручат, опять же останутся в Украине - т.е. чтобы как минимум не получить вместо этих владений жирный 0 в балансе, даже этот баланс хоть как-то будет подключён к американским интересам, надо, чтобы Украина а) существовала - хуйлу все эти договоры до жопы; б) существовала в том виде, который позволяет действие инвестиционных проектов и получение от них прибыли. Иначе просто ни один бухгалтер банально не согласится держать такой ассет на балансе. 

Я допускаю, что на самом деле и Солонин, и Рейтерс, и FT, и все остальные заблуждаются, или просто врут - на самом деле суть соглашения другая или там есть какой-то скрытый смысл. Или я не понял что-то из их обьяснений и на самом деле всё по-другому. Обьясните мне, тогда, в чём дело, пока я совершенно не свихнулся.

Однако, сегодняшнее шоу с участием Зеленского - это какая-то полнейшая дипломатическая катастрофа. Я за всю свою жизнь такого не видел. Переговоры могут быть очень напряжёнными, особенно когда речь идёт о судьбе страны, но устраивать всё это перед телекамерами, в прямом эфире?

И я так понимаю, что начал это Зеленский, который ни с того ни с сего, посреди пресс конференции, где по протоколу положено рассказывать, как всё хорошо и скоро будет вообще пиздец как прекрасно, вдруг наехал на Вэнса и предьявил ему почему-то невыполнение Путиным соглашений в 2014 году, хотя что по этому поводу может сделать Вэнс в 2025?! Опять же, это очень непростой вопрос - как обеспечить выполнение Путиным любых соглашений, и чего они стоят, если эти он откажется их выполнять - но эти вопросы не задают на пресс-конференции перед телекамерами в формате наезда! Особенно когда речь идёт о Трампе, который обсессивно внимателен к вопросам уважения и публичного имиджа.

И мало того, после этого ещё продолжал наезжать на Вэнса и Трампа, даже после нескольких просьб не делать это под камеры, публично. В результате, произошёл полнейший и категорический пиздец, и каким образом теперь всю эту хуйню разгребать, совершенно непонятно. Если раньше Трамп и Вэнс относились к Украине, как к проблеме, которую надо решить, и в общем никакой злой воли ни к кому не испытывали, то теперь они разозлены на Зеленского лично. Каким образом в этих условиях достичь какого-либо минимально приемлимого решения - я не понимаю. Ну и конечно отдельная куча благодарностей команде Зеленского, которая явно ни хрена не подготовила визит, и не проинструктировала его. Всех поголовно уволить на хрен надо бы, но теперь уже б-м всё равно, кто бы там ни был, непонятно, как из этого кластерфака можно выбраться.

Вот ещё мысль - ведь если бы на Самых Честных Выборах в Истории (ТМ) победил таки Трамп, то его вторая каденция наверняка бы мало отличалась от первой. Так же терпел бы саботаж чиновников, так же жаловался бы на обструкцию в Конгрессе, так же склонял голову перед "независимыми агентствами", число которых не знает никто. Ну, русская коллизия бы выдохлась - придумали бы что-то другое. Может провёл пару реформ туда-сюда, но в целом после него всё бы осталось нетронутым, систематически, и к следующим выборам был бы, скажем, ДеСантис против Ньюсома, и без наглядной демонстрации того, к чему приводит политика буденовцев, кто выиграл, было бы совсем неясно. А то, ещё хуже, натурально Пенса выдвинули бы, и тогда точно было бы всё ясно. И коалиции с Маском у него бы не было. А теперь мы имеем Трампа после уголовных дел, покушений и всего остального - дикого, необузданного, и completely out of the fucks to give, так сказать. Совершенно другой расклад.
